Well my speedometer is not working now, checked fuses, checked gauge cluster connection, but I found a weird sensor just sitting loosely in my engine bay. What is this:

You have a 95, correct?

That harness is, in all actuality, nothing. 95's had an emissions device that was specified in a TSB to be removed if it caused a problem. That is the harness that controlled it.

BTW, that's your reverse light switch in the picture. The speed sensor is in the back.

sounds like you speed sensor it right under your batt. tray. Mine did the same thing i just cleaned it be i replace it and it worked fine.

No it isn't. The vehicle speed sensor is on the back of the trans on the diff housing. The reverse light switch is under the battery tray.

My speedo doesnt work for a whole diff reason... I removed the ecu...

any ideas of how to get speedo working? emoji
