I was driving normally down the street (not really boosting) and it starting smoking under the hood. I pull over right away and see that my top radiator hose slipped off the radiator. i filled it up again and started her right up and it's still overheating. i just checked my thermostat and that was good. what could it be? the radiator? the radiator has 98,000 miles on it. plus both fans still work on the radiator if that means anything.

Like ^^ said, I'd do a flush and fill, and check all the other heater lines for any leak(s). How much time did you allow the car to cool after this happened?

Fluid in the exhaust system? Sounds like something could be wrong with the headgasket. If all else fails try a compression test to see if all the cylinders are within spec.
