VACUUM LEAK. i can both hear the leak around the #4 injector port of the injector #4 and when i put silicone around the gap of the injector right next to the port it will bring my idle down ...useing carberator cleaneer i found the leak to be around the top part of the injector ....

Any ides of what this could be? check my original post to see what i have done.

if you've replaced the rings and the injector the only thing left is the fuel rail itself. I had that problem on my truck. Leaking fuel like mad. replaced injector rings...no dice..injectors..no dice..rail. bingo.

Is it leaking at the rail port or the intake mani port?

I'd put my money on either a crack in the manifold near the injector, or a crank in the rail near the injector. Just a thought.

---Harry. My car topped out at 140 this morning. I need "turvo." Two of 'em. And Harry, I need the glue to be dry by tonight.---
