The most complex thing about making your own kit is the fuel system. You have a 99, so you have a returnless system. For that, youre going to need:
Vortech SFMU Metal / SS Fuel Return Line Rubber fuel hose for connections Inline Fuel Filter for pressurized fuel systems All the appropriate AN fittings
As for the AN fittings, youre going to need at least (this doesnt include a fuel pressure gauge):
-4AN Female > Hose Barb (from fuel rail to hose) Hose Barb > -6AN Female (from hose to SFMU) -6AN Female > Hose Barb (from SFMU to return line)
Thats for the SFMU connections, the rear connections will depend on how you run your feed and return connections.
If youre gonna run a -6AN SS line, then you wont need the last AN fitting because the line will bolt into the SFMU. Also you dont technically "need" injectors, but its highly recommended. You really dont want to push 100+ psi of fuel pressure on your stock injectors.
As for the rest of the kit, youre going to need an exhaust manifold. Youre going to have to get one custom made using (correct me if im wrong) a 7cm Mitsubishi Flange. Then youre going to have to fabricate the downpipe, as well as the intercooler piping. Youre also going to need a blow off valve, and a missing link (to avoid fuel cut and damaging your MAP sensor). Dont forget all the gaskets, vacuum hoses, silicone connectors, clamps, etc. that you will need to attach and mount everything.
As for the oil lines, youre going to have to get some OEM 2g turbo fuel feed/return hardlines (the ones that run from the turbo to the block on the 4g63, and vice versa). But since you dont have a 4g63, youre going to have to hack them off and make your own connections to your block and oil pan (you can use rubber oil/fuel hose). Also dont forget the oil pan bung. Youre going to have to tap the oil pan so that the oil can drain out of the turbo. (this is kinda hard to explain, IM me and I can help you out more)
You dont need an external wastegate, t-25's have an internal one. Youre also not running enough boost to facilitate an external. Some turbos (such as the t3) do not come with internal wastegates, so an external is a must for them. You can probably leave the boost pressure at the stock level (11-13 psi I believe) because the t-25 is such a small turbo.
