As long as the block is solid yes. You'll be replacing oil pump, bearings, rings, rods, pistons... gaskets, etc. If you get it bored .020 over, you increase displacement a touch... which is always good. With that many miles I would find a place that can acid dick the black to clean it up and clear out all the coolant and oil passages of blockages and dirt. Hone the cylinder walls give them that nice crosshatching back and bottom half will be like new. Depends on what you want, or can afford to spend but you may want to look into doing a little work to the head. But it's a matter of money. Howell also has head rebuild kits. if you can do a lot of this work yourself. You can get a good strong motor for a good price.
