#53154, "head package"

I am wanting to buy a new head package but I dont know where to look for a good price. Anyone have any ideas?? I am also wanting to turbo my car so I need a head that would go good with a stage 3 Hahn kit.

Honeltly, the stock head will go good with a hahn stage 3. People have run 9's with the stock 420a head and valvetrain so upgrading isnt a necessity. However, if you are like me and dont want a stock head anyway, I can personally vouch for crane valve springs, pt lifters and rockers, stainless valves and crane #14 cams. There are a few vendors on this board that can sell you all of this stuff.

It'd run a stock head over a GUDE head any day. Probably make more power, too.

If I did this how much power could I expect and whats the difficulty in putting it in? Also around how much am I looking to spend? Another thing, can I run higher PSI when I turbo it if I do this?

the head should go in the way it came out. If you going w/ all thoughs mods p&p the head and intake the turbo will love you for it. And you probably shouldnt turn boost up w/out a good bottom end. For high boost look into ceramic coating for the pistons and combustion chambers. As for price(on parts) shop around then buy. For p&p and machening look at only the best they say VT engines are good When my motor is built I will have Koffel's Place2 in Huron Ohio. As for price all i can say is how fast do you want to go. Good luck!
