I bought a set of ford 440cc/min injectors from ebay. I never really trusted its flow since they are supposevely "new" but you know how ebay is hehe

So i sent it to rc engineering for their standard injector cleaning and balancing. Cost me $107 bux shipped from Cali to Delaware UPS 3-day. Turnaround time was only 1 day.

Here are the flow specs BEFORE and AFTER just to give you guys an idea of how bad these "new" injectors are from ebay hehehe

BEFORE cc/min:

Inj #1: 432.0
Inj #2: 429.0
Inj #3: 421.0
Inj #4: 430.0

AFTER cc/min:
Inj #1: 436.0
Inj #2: 435.0
Inj #3: 435.0
Inj #4: 436.0

An overall AFTER CLEANING lbs/hr @ static fuel pressure: 165.90 (from a previous 163.05) emoji These injectors were all over the place (with over 10cc/min differences between injectors!)

The ford injectors came back clean as you could never think injectors could be (i'll post pics later). New o-rings, very well packaged, and with a very detailed spec sheet on the before/after containing data such as the one above as well as B.S.F.C at .65, .55, and .50 for BEFORE and AFTER.

I say for $100, it is a deal. Lesson learned here is to never trust injectors bought 2nd hand (and even brand new injectors have discrepancies).

Outstanding! Yeah used injectors, you never know how long they were used and they aren't set as a matched set for standard cars.
