Everytime it is wet outside or even sometimes when it's not i'll start up my car and just hear a "squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak". It does this 90% of the time after it rains and will do it even sometimes when its dry out and I cant point what the hell the noise is, its coming from under the hood and there are no other symptoms but noise this has been going on for a good 8 months. Has/Does anyone have this problem or know what it is so I can fix it? TIA

I'm banned because i suck

Check the tension and condition of your accessory belts.

IF it only does it for a little bit after start up it's just moisture on the belts from those rainy days. If it is a consistent screech then you may need to adjust the tensioner. Probably is nothing, my car squeeks a lil on rainy days for the first bit every now and then. Anyone else got an opinion?

like said before.. check the tensioner on the acc pulleys.. or even the ps belts... both have been known to cause that annoying squeel.

^^what once was^^
