Quick question for anyone that knows...
I just order my 60mm TB, but have the stock 2g intake manifold still on... Now Ive heard that the intake manifold from the 1g (N/T) will fit on our NT engine (420a)... Is this a reliable upgrade, or should I stop being a lazy bastard and just take off my intake manifold and port and polish it to match the new TB... Any insight would help...

it will not work. 1g n/t motor is 4g63 and 4g93. their motor is opposite of ours. throttle body is facing the other way as is the intake manifold.

Yup, totally different manifold design, your best bet is P&P or extrude hone the manidfold and port match it.
