I get the AFX pulley on everytime, using an impact wrench. If you can get access to one then read on. Get a crank bolt that is at least 1" longer than the stock one. Set the AFX pulley on the crank as far as it will go(i never have heated it), and it will prob only just set on there on the end of the crank. Thread in your longer bolt, using at least 2 big, thick washers, using some oil or moly lube inbetween the washers, and on the outside of the washers(you want to lower the friction). Start out with the impact lightly, dont hammer down on it right away. Go in small increments, and you should see the pulley start to slowly go on. Once you get the pulley about 3/4 of the way on, take out the longer bolt, then use the stock crank bolt. Continue tightening it, and keep doing till the pulley doesnt go on any farther. Take out the bolt once again, and look inside the crank hole of the pulley, and you should see the edge of the crank mating with the backside of the AFX pulley, to assure you, that its on fully. Discard the wahsers, and put back on the stock bolt, and tighten down fully. I have done it this way many, many times, without ANY problems whatso ever. The heating method usually will only work when you use about 400 degrees, with the pulley being heated for AT LEAST one hour. Yes, it does take that long. Most say the heating method doesnt work, but they just dont heat it long enough.  13.5 @108 MPH-2.2 60ft(stupid FWD!)
