Anyone have a rear view of our engine out of the car. I need to see the passenger side near where the head meets the block area on the backside of the engine.

The easiest way to pull my engine out was to wrap a chain around it, ensuring that it won't snag or rip anything when stressed. Then hook the ends of the chain together with a D-Ring and attach them to the hook on the cherry picker and lift it out. Good luck!

I used the rear engine hook on the head and I didn't have a front one because I took it off when i took my manifold off long ago for the turbo install. so I just stuck it on a bolt on the bell housing and put a rag over the valve cover so the chain wouldn't sratch it. but to get it on the engine stand I hooked it up to an exhuast manifold bolt. You need to use a leveler, well I wouldn't think its very convienient,

I used my uncles ratched chain thingie but on my MR2 I had this nifty crank thing that had chains coming off of both ends that worked better.
