I have a '95 Talon the motor has approx. 12,000 mi. it was rebuilt the auto trans. has approx. 4,000 mi.(rebuilt also) I have a Greddy EVO Cat-Back Exhaust hollowed cat. MSD DIS-2 (by the way I get an engine code when its on how do I fix that) MSD wires, Bosch Platinum +4 plugs Crower Stage 1 Cams (Only cause I was told I had to get dual springs and titanium retainers for stage 2) bored TB, and a Cold Air Intake and the best time I ran was 18.7 with 17" rims and 18.5 with 14" rims I have alot of weight in the back from my stereo system (200+ pounds) But I figured I could run better than that!!!! any suggestions would be appretiated. Also does anyone have a working link to the EGR Block off?
as for the quarter time, 200 lbs is alot of weight in the back. On top of that, its a AT. I would say that the best mod for you right now would be the final drive mod. Do a search to find more info. Besides that, i would say maybe spray, or go turbo, or do the MT swap. Hope i helped at least a lil bit. Good luck

motor turbo, 2.4 swap, Nitrous
all motor bigger cams etc..

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

Any one have a link for the A/t to M/t conv. Also, my friend wants to sell me his 91 Talon Tsi for $100 the motor is perf. as I worked on it to get it running and on our first test drive we slammed it into some lady at 60mph (we had no insurance, registration and the wrong tag on the car luckily I knew the cop) and now the frame is bent....anyway back to the topic. can I use all the turbo parts off that to turbo my car with the exception of the exhaust manifold (anyone know where I can get one cheap?) It's got a TD05 on it and its in good cond. or if I do a turbo kit anyone know where I can find pics or info on installation procedures, I already tried searching on here.
Thanks
