I have an Unorthodox racing pulley which is 20% under drive. The AFX is 30% underdrive. My question is how big of a difference is there between the 2? I'm debating on getting hte AFX to replace my unorthodox.

The first Unorthodox pulley was also heavier than the AFX is. I think the new unorthodox is now as light as the AFX and also 30%

But hey why not. If you can afford it sell the Unorthodox and get the AFX. (Read if you find a nice job)

I have one of the earlier unorthodox ones. I was planning on getting the AFX and giving the unorthodox away. Another one of my feats of generosity.

You'll probably see @ 2-3hp with an additional 10% UD BUT, if youhave a large stereo setup you may notice your lights flicker when you come to a stop

Yeah Mine work fine two without dimming and I'm running 500+ Watts RMS. 250+ per sub (I can't remember the exact tested number 275 maybe?)
