#31003, "running lean at WOT????"

I've had this problem since I bought the car. When I push the gas pedal all the way down(WOT) the car doesn't accelerate, when I let off of it it accelerates fine again. I hooked up a datalogger today. When I push the pedal to the floor the O2 sensor goes to .04 which means no fuel I think, right? When I let off a little it goes to .92. I have no CEL. I have replaced: fuel filter, plugs, wires, ECU, TPS, MAP, IAT, Camshaft, Coolant temp sensor. When I trick the Coolant Temp Sensor into thinking the coolant is cooler, the car runs fine but the O2 sensor still goes to .04 at WOT. Any ideas would be appreciated, I'm not sure of what other readings to look at to help solve my problem so if you could help me with that also. Thanks.

i thought when ODBII cars go WOT the computer doesn't listen to the O2 sensor anymore for fuel mixture and just goes with the richest curve.. but again.. that's just something I heard, I don't know if it's true.

I would look into a fault ECU at this point.
