My dad knows alot about cars and he's asked around about the problem, he thinks is is the hydrolic clutch slave cylinder, anyone ever had this problem ? help me please asap, i need advice before i buy a slave cylinder!!!!!

I wouldn't know what could be wrong, but I can tell you that a B&M short shifter and symborski shifter bushings would probably do wonders for that problem. I used to grind third while racing but not anymore..

My car has this problem. I asked about it a while back, and got the same answer that you already tried which was that my synchros may be acting up. I'm glad I've not replaced them YET after reading your post. I honestly am starting to thing it's the slave, or master cylinder as well. A coworker of mine with an Integra had the EXACT same problem, and it was is Master Cylinder. I replaced my tranny fluid (I was at 70k miles, so it was looong overdue), and got a short shifter, and it worked A LOT better, but I still notice it sometimes won't go into 2nd gear at high rpms when trying to race. Try the master cylinder(sp) since it's fairly cheap. Another coworker of mine had his replaced on his 96 GSX (before he sold it) when the cylinder went up, and it was about $130.

ok guys, any others ? its gettin worse, harder to put every gear in, when i'm on the interstate and i downshift from 5th to 4th it takes forever to get it in there . . what's going on = < my clutch feels very very lymp like it's not even pushing anything, doesn't it sound like the master or slave cylinder? maybe i'm leaking clutch fluid or somethin[br />
