#30159, "2 questions about replacing engine."

Ok the first is regarding the AC. Is there any way to leave it in the car w/ it all hooked up when I swap motors or do I have to get it all filled back up and serviced when I'm done? If I do then do I have to leave the belt off until it's done so the AC doesn't spin?

Second is I bought the tranny oil yesterday and they gave me 75W-90. MS-9763. My service manual says MS-9417. Did they give me they wrong stuff?

The did indeed. They gave you the stuff for the 4g63. They've done the same to me before.

Figures emoji: he looked at his parts list for like 2 minutes so I should've known he'd get the wrong one. Thanks Jason. So does anyone know about #1?

You don't have to disconnect the AC - just unbolt the compressor from the bracket and throw it off to one side, out of the way.

There actually plenty of room to move the compressor around to. It's worse on other cars, so don't worry about it.

Yep, you can move that aside too. Not quite as much play as the A/C compressor, but enough so you can get it out of the way..good luck and have fun
