ok guys i called the number (chystler customer service or whatever - 1800-992-1997 , pressed 1, 2,5) and they said they dont deal with nothing mitsubishi and she basically cut my off right then and there and WOULD not talk to me about it what did i do wrong?
do i call back again and get someone different or what? help!

Next time you deal with anyone in a customer service hotline, get their name before you start to talk, if they ever hang up on you, call back immediately, demand to speak with the shift supervisor, be as belligerent as you can. people who take phonecalls are supposed to be as courteous as possible to anone who calls. they are NEVER suposed to 'just hang up' on you. EDIT: be as belligerent as you can only after they have hung up on you once, and only when dealing with the manager, you have a right to be pissed, but don't take it out on the next person who answers. but you can definitely show the manager how displeased you are with his service.
1995 RS new engine, I think I'm just going to leave it stock now.

ok talked to them again and i didnt mention anything about mitsubishi until he got my vin number and then it all went to the shitter he was like sir we dont offer any service to mitsubishi since its their car i TRIED to explain to him that it was a chystler engine and not a mitsubishi one... he wouldnt listen... i told him "thanks for your help i guess" and heard CLICK
whats with these chrystler people? they dont seem to want to help AT ALL i need someone who has actually called to tell me exactly (or close to it) what they said.... because once they figure out that its a mitsubishi car they shut the doors and bring up the draw bridge and completely shut me out

the part has already been replaced this was because this is the 2nd time ive gotten this shit frmo chrystler and i couldnt get any help the first time =(
Go to the main page www.2gnt.com and look on the top banner for tsb/recalls. Look there under your year and model, you will find the TSB's and recalls for your car. Then you print it out anf fax it to that windbag and tell him to fix it. But before you do all that What Year is your car

trust me there is a TSB on this HG issue for 95's. Does anybody know what year they went to the MLS HG? If it was before 98 then yours may be the right HG so they won't replace it? This may have something to do with it though:

How many miles are on your car? The mitsubishi's have the 50,000 mile warrenty, are you still coverd or just outside the mileage warrenty? are you the 1st owner of the car?
