Howell automotive in the banner above says you can send them your TB and they'll bore it for 100 bucks in 2 weeks. You can also get the Jeep one for about 25 to 50 bucks (depending on junk yard) and try yourself, although some people have had trouble with this - try doing a "TB" search. Good luck.

i think he is referring to the intake mani..?? if so, i would try around your local machine shops.. it shouldnt be too expensive, or if you can afford the down time or have a spare intake mani, then most people on the board are sending theres to get done at ARD... costs somewhere in the neighborhood of 800-100bux. give them a call, the banner is (or was?) on the top.

Send the throttle body to Howell, if they screw up the butter-fly valve inside, your idol is for shit. I had someone else do mine and he fuck up, so I am sending my spare to Howell, Always remember you get what you pay for.

ARD does good work, i was cussing them because of my idle when i got the throttle body on cause it sucked ass, turned out to be a combination of skipping a timing belt tooth which i fixed for now with just putting the cam gears back on zero's...and it got better after about a week of driving, which i believe the ecu was maby learning the different flow and shit? i dunno, but I definately have good gains now, with the extra flow, i had to tune the accel dfi to spray more fuel from about 6000rpm to rev limiter cause i had more air than i needed for how it was tuned before.
