After starting the engine, you should see just under 5 volts between the black/green stripe wire and the green/yellow strip wires. That confirms that the sensor is being powered. With the engine idling, you should see a low voltage between the black/green stripe wire and the yellow/black stripe wire. That voltage should rise as you open the throttle up. It should get near 4.7 volts as you open the throttle up alot.
