I definatly think 5K is way too much for a 95 w/ 150K miles. I would personally offer $3700 . And make sure she got the timing belt changed twice. Walk away if she didn't. A lot of shit can go wrong with a car with 150K on the odometer. It all depends on the condition.. how is the tranny, how is the interior/exterior how are thr tires, etc... And anyway, you'll need the money for the new engine.

If you do get a new engine get a stroker kit and bore out the cylinders. It's a good time for that.

We need a lot more info than what you gave us.

MODS:

HRC 16g turbo kit, Spearco custom FMIC, Custom IC piping, VT rebuilt engine: Custom 8.8:1 compression CP pistons, Eagle connecting rods, Melling oil pump, Clevite bearings, 370cc injectors, Vortech S-FMU, Apexi N-1 catback exhaust, AFX UDP, Autometer boost gauge, fuel pressure gauge, EGT gauge, Corbin's digital A/F gauge, Tokico Blue shocks, Tein springs (1.5" drop), 18" Konig Verdicts rims, VIS stock-style Carbon fiber hood

I agree 5k is too much. I paid 4500 for my 95 with only 67k on it.
