#21513, "boring my own TB??"

Im a machinist in a machine shop so i have pretty much every machine at my disposal...
Is it possible to bore my own TB?
if so what size and is it bored at a taper or straight through?
what about the butterfly plate? will i have to make a larger one to close off the larger bore?
Thanks for the help...

Since this is your first wack at it, I wouldn't go too extreme (yet). Bore it out to 55mm, straight through. Yes, you will need to make a new butterfly plate.
