someone cut the harness off my ECU when they were working on my car.. so I'm gonna need to re-wire that thing back up. I just need to know what type of connectors you guys used to splice into the ecu wiring. The last job left it a little vulnerable to weather and moisture. Anyone of pictures of their connections and or suggestions?
I agree with Chris. You SHOULD solder the connection and insulate the connection with heat-shrink to ensure a solid connection. Splice connectors tend to be affected by vibrations.

Yeah, dude, the best thing to do is slip on the heatshrink first, join the wire together (slightly twist them) and solder them with some "High Quality" solder. You need the kind with a resin core. You need the resin crap so that on the long run the solder joints don't "dry up" and break.
