Seems AEM is a good air intake system I keep running into. Whats makes these things so special or different. AEM around $200. See others for $50. range. From the looks of it it seem like a simple open pipe. Am I missing something here. Thnks

I couldn't agree with you more. A pipe is a pipe is a pipe is a pipe, unless it has some sort of heat shield thingamajig (iceman). It's the size of the pipe that matters and the type of filter being used.
