yep it never hurts to have one. Ours cars do not come with them also. GSTs to grrr... Anyway oil cooler would be a good mod if you have a turbo, if your NA I probably wouldn't worry about it. Benefits are: Increased mileage on oil, prolong oil life COoler Oil Cooler oil means less viscosity breakdown Cooler engine (did you know that motor oil is the 2nd coolant we have for the engine?)
I wouldn't getting one if you live in very cold places that snows a lot.
