all he did was swap the head off a 2.4 on to ours and switched out the cams. basically he really didnt do anything but the heads do swap no problem

How is that a head swap? The head on the 2.4 is reversed.

Head, not block, therfore not 2.4L

He said that all he did was switch the 2.0 cams to reverse the flow so that he didn't need to change manifolds.

Yea.. he doesn't have a 2.4..

he's rebuilt with 10.5:1 compression pistons though. He's got a mean fast car.

heh, his polished valve cover is going to be mine someday.

(note the neuspeed bar and what it will look like on our cars.... and also the drastically overfilled coolant reservoir. lol.. jeff's funny.)

Its the exact same part number. Same design. Same. Period. Read Kiku's post.

Yeah it will bolt up but what about the rest of the process. I have no clue how the motor mounts are in the cloudcars.

Guys, from what i know, this thing will fit EXACTLY as is with no modification.

You may have to cut some of your hodd reinforcement to clear the valve cover, but other than that...

Just take out the balance shafts..
