The lifters are good to replace because the new style has a large oil hole which helps to lube rockers better and reduce noise. You should also replace the rocker arms since they are the bigger problem. Due to poor design, they can break on the end that pushes the valve stem. Plus you have to take the rocker off the change the lifter so it only makes since.

Hey Kyle, do you have to take out the cam shafts to get at the lifters/ rockers to do this job? If not, then I take it, the job is pretty simple?
