there is a set screw, which is the keep the butterfly valve partially open to prevent jerky acceleration, and the AIC has to be adjusted using a drb3 tool at the dealer. or you can guess and check which could eventually leading to a messed up AIC motor/plunger. I would know.

you have a vacuum leak somewhere. when installing intake manifolds, the likely culprits are the egr pipe -> manifold junction, ant the tb -> intake manifold junction.
