Still kinda new here but, for any of you who read SCC may remember the USCC 1 entry of a little Tiburon that could. So here is my thought: why not make a twin engine 2GNT with say, a turbo kit on each, running methanol or water injection or whatever to keep the tuning window wide with the rear engine as heat would be a problem. Think about it, if you have two independent engines, transmissions, etc. you would have a helluva fast car. That Tib was laying down like 650ish hp, could you imagine saying "My 2GNT lays down 700HP!". Yeah sure you are talking alot of extra weight, and having to get a custom fuel take and whatnot, and you have to run auto trannies, but chew on this: put one in D and the other in R. Think of the huge smoky clouds! Seriously tho, even with say, stage I turbos, the tuning would not be all that difficult and even laying down 200hp on each would still be 400hp. Yeah sure it would be an expensive endeavor, needing to buy two turbos, sets of cams, etc., but think about the possibilities. If you had the money you could go two stageV turbos and be sapnking SUPRAS! Back to the tiburon, it is (or was, dunno if he still has it) owned by Michael McIntyre of El Paso, TX. He was running methanol on two completely stock engines other than the turbos, no intercoolers of any kind and was laying down something like 330hp each. He did put his car on diet, it didn't really handle fo shit, but it ran a 10.2. A 10.2!! If I can find the mag with all the details on his car i will scan and post, but till then, let me know what yous guys think.
