Wow, dude.

Bought.
Built.
Leaking.

Aside from that, did you have the head resurfaced prior to installing the new gasket? If not, it's more than likely the culprit. You're not the first to go through this. I've had stretched stock studs, toasted gaskets, and done the same thing, resulting in an almost permanently leaking HG on my own car.

You could yank the valve cover and see if you can't put some more torque on the ARPs, but you're probably going to have to pull the head again.

Don't give up! You have one of the cleanest cars around!

if you get another head, it would still be wise to have it resurfaced as to get the best seal possible

The only other thing I can think of right now other than what Brian said is: Maybe you put the head gasket on wrong way?

I'm with the warped/non flat head causing the leak.

What type of headgasket are you using? MLS?

The heater hoses feed the heater core on that side of the motor. make sure you don't have a small leak there.

You must have very flat and smooth surfaces when using a MLS gasket. If you did not check the head and deck, my thought is they are probably not flat.
