Ok here is deal i bout a bilt motor for my car it was brand new some shop in delawere bilt it for some kid and i bot the motor of him .To make the story short i put it in my car and the had gasket was lickin colant right above the alternator bracket so i put the new head gasket on and the arp head studs i finally finish everything today start the car and the colant was likin on the same fuckin spot so if anybody had any ideas what could be i just hope that the head is not fuckt up . thanks

Aside from that, did you have the head resurfaced prior to installing the new gasket? If not, it's more than likely the culprit. You're not the first to go through this. I've had stretched stock studs, toasted gaskets, and done the same thing, resulting in an almost permanently leaking HG on my own car.
You could yank the valve cover and see if you can't put some more torque on the ARPs, but you're probably going to have to pull the head again.

thanks man but she's sitting in the garage for 10 months and i wonna drive it so im thinkin to find a stock head and put it on and see what happen

if you get another head, it would still be wise to have it resurfaced as to get the best seal possible

here is the thing if the car idle it wont leak but sunest u rev it up and let off it drips colant i dont know .im sick of it

The only other thing I can think of right now other than what Brian said is: Maybe you put the head gasket on wrong way?

I'm with the warped/non flat head causing the leak.
What type of headgasket are you using? MLS?

The heater hoses feed the heater core on that side of the motor. make sure you don't have a small leak there.

You must have very flat and smooth surfaces when using a MLS gasket. If you did not check the head and deck, my thought is they are probably not flat.

i think i got it i put some more torke on the last bolt right behind the intake cam gear and it stop the leak im about rool my car outside today let it rut for a whille and see if i fixed the problem . I wanna thanks to everybody for trying to hel and i will let u guys know what heapens
