I just bought the full set of prothane motor mounts. Well the front and rear were easy enough. But, the two mounts on the sides are a bitch. It says on the directions to get the oem rubber mounts pressed out and just pop the others in. Well I took it to a shop to get them pressed out and they tried to but were unable to get them out. How the F*** am I suppose to get them out. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

That is pretty much how I did mine except I use a dremel with a cutting drill bit.

i machined a solid aluminium plug on my lathe the same size and depth as the ring and just pressed mine out with my 5-ton press.
note that the pass and driver side are different size rings.
