I'm cool with the set-up you are talking about (I presume that the AF/X ECU works with the Avenger). Couple things; I see you are trying to use the stroker to pick up a little bottom end. What size are you looking at for the TB bore? I would recommend the 55 because of your goals (of course port match). That will give you some breathing without sacrificing much bottom end. If you do go 60mm I think that you will be unhappy with your response.
I would at least put a polish into your intake. It helps to give you a little quicker response.
Dump the oversize valves. Will do you no good. BUT I would recommend going with stainless valves. And doing the five angle valve job is only helpful (since you are doing the head anyway)
I am not familiar with the Crane's. I am partial to the Crower 2's though. But you have low end loss to deal with on those.
Maybe deck a little extra off the head, brings the comp up just a bit.
It's hard to tell what YOU would consider "good" low end power and overall power. But what you are talking about will give you some more pop.
