He was selling a turbo wing in this section about a month ago.. I contacted him and bought the wing, sending him a MO.. still haven't received my wing; he keeps making excuses and lately in the past few weeks I haven't even been able to get a hold of him because he's refusing to answer emails or phone. He said he sent it out a 2 weeks ago... but still nothing, and now I'm out $150.
