Lisa wanted to buy a spare headlight I had sitting around. I shipped it to her before she paid a dime and it turned out she needed the black housing as opposed to chrome and felt uncomfortable in opening and painting them herself, so she sent it back. UPS lost it. So, naturally, when it came to paying out on the insurance, they had to go out and search the globe for it. It turned up in Hawaii I think (I live in Arizona).
