my dads talon is an auto trans. i recently re built the motor and now the tranny oil pan will not stop leaking from the side closest to the block. it looks like its coming from around 2 of the bolts near the top of them.. we had this prob when he first got the car and i used silicone and a new gasket and it sealed. but ive tried 3 times in the past 2 days with new gaskets and the best silicones i can find for that purpose and it jsut will not seal. it still has a small stream of fluid leaking from the same spot.. what can i do? ?

Or maybe you have a slight bend or ding in the pan. Or maybe a scrape on the transmission sealing surface. My craptacular Fram cork gasket seals without any RTV, so I don't think the gasket is the problem.
