#3201, "Shift kit or turbo first"

My shift kit will be arriving tomorrow, and I've got my HRC Stage II turbo kit pretty much ready to start installing, just need gauges.

Should I put in the shift kit first & make sure everything's ok there, or install the turbo & get that tuned first?

You can do either or first. Just make sure you do them right. Personnaly I would put the turbo kit on, then do the shift kit later to get an idea of the improvement from the shift kit.

Whatever you do, don't install them at the same time. If something goes wrong, you'll have a devil of a time figuring it out. Install one and give it a week to sort out all the bugs. Then go after the other. The turbo will likely give you more enjoyment after it is finished.
