To bypass the clutch switch, just unplug the wire harness from the switch, right at the clutch pedal. I then used 2 DEI mercury switches for safety. One switch is on the E brake lever, under the console. This lets the Remote start only work if the lever is up. Then, I have the other mercury switch on my shifter. If you take out the center console,and look at the shifter rod, there is a hole already in the shifter lever, and i used a small nut and bolt to mount the merc switch to that. So, if the shifter is forward in any gear, it tilts the mercury, and no start. The merc bubble makes no contact when the shifter is in Neutral, and then the RS works. I have a DEI RS/Alarm, and there are a few wires on it, that either need a ground, or if a wire sees a ground, will keep the RS from starting the car. I just used the merc switches to either provide the needed ground, or send the ground to these wires. I can dig up the pics of how i mounted the switches if you like.
