my question is this, is that all i will need to hook the door locks up and which wires should i connect? this is the only thing that i dont fully understand, i have been looking at wiring diagrams for some time now and i think i got it, but does any1 know for sure. TIA
i mean is this a reverse polarity system on these cars or what?

there really shouldn't be anything in addition to the alarm that you would need to buy if the car already has power locks and everything. do you happen to have the wiring info on the tibby? i'm not sure what type of locking system they have. that's usually the most confusing part. figuring out what it has and where to tap. you don't usually need a kit either. that kit you bought is just like two relays. but i guess it does make things a little simpler for you. emoji

i did it last night, i did need that module or like u said i would have had to use 2 30amp SPDT relays because the door like type in my car is a 5 wire voltage reversing system, the alarm is great but its a bitch to put in, so many wires and you better get use to using a DMM.

Yeah the tibby has a type F door lock, which uses a negative pulse to lock, and when you interupt the wire, unlocks. Sounds like you did the 5wire(reversing polarity) hook up using the car's actuators instead though.. Fun stuff.

You will need to use another relay to change from a negative to a positive. Wire it up like this:

Relay pin #:

85-connect your neg trunk release output wire from alarm unit
86-12 volts constant
87-12 volts constant
30-output to the car's trunk release wire(should be blue found in driver kick panel-use a test light to verify)

Be sure to fuse your 12 volts constant feed wire to your relay. A 10-15 amp should be fine.

I can't seem to find any wire color info for the power windows, so you may just have to get at the driver switch and test the wires..I assume you are using a window roll-up feature?
