your questions basically pertain to how much boost you want to run. My suggestion would be get the turbo installed. Run about 5-6psi. and see how satisfied you are with that. I believe the star kit comes with a fuel pump and an fmu, so those two would be your fuel system upgrades. You should be okay up to abou 9psi with the stuff that you get from star / hrc !
