I had the same problem with mine too. I used the clear caulking for my center piece and it worked pretty good for me. I'm not sure what to do about the side pieces though. I still get a little moisture in those too. Recently I took off my center altezza and painted my stock piece to match the color of my car. I think it looks pretty good and i don't have to worry about water spots anymore.
