We all know trimming the fat off our rides will gives us better times at the track. Haven't been to the track yet, but I want a good heads up on some decent weight loss for my ride. Here's a list I've compiled and I was hoping for anyone to contribute to it. Is there ANYTHING we can cut up, cut out, or get rid of that we REALLY don't need?
