It makes you look stupid and makes veterans of the board (icedout) not even wanna help other noobs out. There is no silencer. I dont know who told you that but they no dick about our cars. You can only can be very loud (ricer move imo) if you get vpc (4g63)and vent the bov to the atmosphere. There are aloso louder bovs then the stock 1g .
