So does John Sheperd, which should be reason enough to use it. 1 quart of Redline Heavy Shockproof (about $8 a quart), and the rest (under 3 quarts) Pennzoil Synchromesh (available at Auto Zone) is the way to go. And you should not have any damage because of the fluid, just crappy shifting.

What do you think about 1 qt Redline mt-90 and 2 qts Redline MTL mix.

I heard thats also a pretty good mix...what do you guys think?
