Well I have had the neusped STB for a while now and has always been a PIA to put on.
But today i was putting it no and realized that one side is going down further than the other side..
So i try to take it off of one side and it is tuck and is just turning.
Does anyone know what these things do to it? and where the bottom of them are?
I can't even get it back off

What to do???
