Well I have had the neusped STB for a while now and has always been a PIA to put on. But today i was putting it no and realized that one side is going down further than the other side.. So i try to take it off of one side and it is tuck and is just turning. Does anyone know what these things do to it? and where the bottom of them are? I can't even get it back off

i'm not sure if i'm understanding this correctly, but are u saying that the nuts on the bolts where the neuspeed stb is attached are just spinning? that bolt is the one of the 2 anchor bolts that holds the upper control am in place. There's a perpendicular bolt going to through it in the wheel well, so its not possible that that can be spinning. The only possiblity that i can think of is that u've stripped the threads on either the nut or bolt.
#15 is the nut the nut that holds the neuspeed stb on. There should be 2 in that image but only one is shown
