i'm sure it might adjust the camber very slightly but i mean think about it.. you're adjusting the angle of the wheels by BENDING the frame of your car. assuming you could tighten the bar with enough tension/compression force to make a difference. sounds like he's making a stretch for additional benefits of the STB...
