#1332, "Coil-overs and camber???"

So I understand that when lowering a car, it's a good idea to have the camber and toe-in corrected. So what happens when you have +/-3" of adjustment with coil-overs? Wouldn't that throw the camber all to hell? Are is there some way to compensate for this?
