I don't know if this helps at all, The tool you mentioned is called a Tie rod/ball joint extractor. its a tool for separating a-arms/tie rods in tight spaces. I remember seeing the tool in a JCwhitney (www.jcwhitney.com) catalog in the tool section. It was like $10.00 Sorry I don't have the Item number. Or Go to pepboys/autozone and ask for that specific tool, Else you could go to local chrysler/dodge dealer and ask specifically the tool# they use to separate a-arms from Avengers/talons/seberans.
