not a good idea IMO.
the reason why they fail at 70K is thats when most people drop their cars, Ive heard enough stories of guys with new stockers blowing out to know that is a bad idea. All it takes is one good slam to destroy the valving and the new shocks are gone.

But Im sure you can find stock shocks and stock springs from a member to put it back together correctly.

just put it back to stock
