Got the new MAX232 in and solderd in some jumper wires to "bypass" the burnt spot. The unit will power on now but all 3 led's come on when its powerd and when I try to connect to it I can't find an open comm port I tried burning new firmware to it and I can get it to react to com port 3 and 5 but on 3 I get the got"!!" failed, and on 5 I get the got " failed aswell, if anyone can help me out let me know but as it stands right now I'm just going to order a new board and components when next paycheck comes.
